Construction Environmental Management for Service Station

Construction Environmental Management for service station, Mid-north Coast, NSWiEnvi was engaged by a development construction company to prepare a construction environmental management plan (CEMP) for a service station development in the Mid-north Coast of NSW. The development could not proceed without approval from the local Council, which required a CEMP to be prepared.
iEnvi were able to complete a CEMP for the development which covered key aspects of the development including management of erosion and sediment, waste, dust and air quality as well as hazardous materials. iEnvi were also able to include an Unexpected Finds Protocol in the CEMP to give the onsite workers a procedure to follow if any unexpected contamination or heritage artifacts were identified during earthworks.
iEnvi’s technical capability and high-quality compliant reporting meant that both the planning approval process went smoothly, and a user-friendly guide for environmental management of the site during construction was provided to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimising the risk of impact during construction works.
iEnvi supplied a high-quality report, reviewed by an accredited Certified Environmental Practitioner Contaminated Sites Specialist, and our signature video summary as part of the report to visually (and in plain English) explain the results of the report for our client.
