Environmental consultants delivering as one integrated team of CEnvP-led senior practitioners, specialist advisors and research partners.
iEnvironmental Australia Pty Ltd (iEnvi) is an Australian-owned environmental consultancy founded in April 2018. We deliver contaminated land, remediation, groundwater, ecology, asbestos in soil, environmental management, ESG and expert witness services across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
Our model is deliberately different from the traditional consultancy structure. Senior in-house practitioners work shoulder-to-shoulder with a vetted specialist network and university research partners under iEnvi management, iEnvi QA and a single point of accountability. Clients get senior judgement on every report and direct access to the right specialist when the scope demands it.

Built to put senior judgement back at the centre of environmental consulting.
iEnvi was founded to address a simple market problem: too many environmental reports were being issued under senior names while the real technical judgement sat too far from the project. Clients were paying principal-level fees and too often receiving layered delivery, fragmented scope control and generic reporting.
Senior people stay close to the work.
We built iEnvi so that the people scoping the work, reviewing the investigation strategy, speaking with regulators and signing the report are all directly involved in the matter. Senior oversight is visible, not nominal.
Specialist depth is built in, not bolted on.
The model combines senior in-house capability with specialist advisors and research partners under one coordinated team structure. Clients engage iEnvi, and iEnvi remains accountable for the scope, the quality and the outcome.
One integrated team, tailored to the matter.
Every project is assembled around the actual technical and commercial problem, not around a fixed org chart. That allows us to stay senior-led while drawing in the right specialist capability only where it adds value.
Senior in-house capability
Project leadership, scope development, fieldwork supervision, reporting, QA, regulator engagement and sign-off sit with iEnvi’s senior team. That includes Certified Environmental Practitioners, a CEnvP Site Contamination Specialist, NSW-listed Site Contamination Specialists and Queensland Suitably Qualified Persons.
Specialist bench, not a brokerage
Hydrogeologists, ecologists, occupational hygienists, landfill and waste specialists, geotechnical engineers, remediation contractors and ESG advisors are brought into projects as part of the iEnvi team, under iEnvi management and quality control.
Research and innovation partnerships
University and technology relationships support projects involving innovative remediation, emerging contaminants, beneficial reuse, advanced monitoring and data-led environmental assessment methods.
One point of accountability
Clients engage iEnvi. We manage the team, QA the work, coordinate inputs across disciplines and stand behind the deliverable. The goal is integrated service delivery without diffusion of responsibility.
Environmental services delivered under one senior-led business.
Our work spans contaminated land, remediation, groundwater, ecology, environmental management and expert advisory matters, with scope assembled to match the site, the project and the decision that needs to be made.
Contaminated land investigation and risk assessment
PSI and DSI work, due diligence, PFAS, human health and ecological risk assessment, waste classification and strategic advice where contamination affects value, programme or approvals.
Remediation planning and validation
RAPs, remediation options assessment, contractor oversight, validation, regulator close-out and practical remediation strategies that balance cost, programme and defensibility.
Groundwater and hydrogeology
Groundwater monitoring, plume delineation, conceptual site model development, contaminant fate and transport assessment, and hydrogeological advice for industrial and development sites.
Ecology and approvals
Terrestrial, freshwater and marine ecological assessments, flora and fauna investigations, approvals support and specialist ecological inputs to complex project pathways.
Environmental management and compliance
Construction and operational environmental management planning, EPA compliance support, contractor interface and practical controls for live sites and active projects.
Expert witness and expert advisory
Independent expert reports, peer review, court-related technical advice and defensible contaminated land opinions for law firms, insurers, valuers and project parties.
Clients who need senior judgement and specialist depth.
Developers and landowners
Due diligence, contamination risk, remediation strategy and approvals advice where environmental issues affect value, timing and project viability.
Industry and operational sites
Legacy contamination, PFAS, groundwater, asbestos and compliance matters for facilities that need practical solutions while operations continue.
Government and infrastructure teams
Disciplined scope, multi-stakeholder reporting and field delivery across council, state government, transport and institutional projects.
Institutional portfolios
Strategic advice for schools, universities, church entities and long-horizon landholders managing environmental risk across multiple assets.
Contractors and project delivery teams
Environmental management plans, contamination advice, live-site support and technical inputs that keep construction and remediation scopes moving.
Law firms and insurers
Expert evidence, liability analysis, peer review and reporting intended to withstand regulator, auditor and court scrutiny.
Work that has shifted cost, programme and risk.
Technology-forward delivery with human judgement kept in charge.
We use in-house tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, consistency and quality control. The technology supports the work. It does not replace technical judgement, site conceptualisation, regulator engagement or final sign-off.
AI-assisted reporting and QA
Structured review tools help identify inconsistencies, missing references, formatting issues and technical gaps before drafts move into final senior review.
Field, photo and data workflows
Custom processes support geotagging, image sorting, appendix assembly, data handling and faster movement from fieldwork into defensible reporting.
Purpose-built environmental tools
iEnvi develops its own field, mapping and reporting tools, including internal systems that keep field records, technical analysis and deliverables better aligned.
Human judgement stays with the senior team
Every deliverable remains under qualified human review and sign-off. AI is a tool for efficiency and quality, not a substitute for professional responsibility.
Muru Mittigar
iEnvi has a strategic partnership with Muru Mittigar, a Supply Nation certified Aboriginal contracting partner and Dharug organisation. The partnership supports Indigenous engagement, cultural heritage coordination and First Nations employment outcomes on NSW projects.
Office coverage and national project delivery.
