iEnvi supervised a 2019 resource-recovery program to reuse road asphalt millings as engineering fill for new sports fields. About 19,755 tonnes from 56 roads were reused under Recovered Aggregate Order requirements and assessed suitable for public open-space use.
A concise case study of a limited pre‑purchase soil investigation at an open car‑park in Rosehill NSW. Investigation identified historical fill with asbestos‑containing material (ACM), minor TRH and PAH in saturated soils, existing groundwater bores, and potential groundwater inflow to a proposed excavation pit. Practical risk management and next steps are summarised for developers and buyers.
iEnvi completed a combined preliminary site investigation (PSI) and geotechnical soil investigation for a proposed childcare development at Redbank Plains, QLD. Findings indicated negligible contamination suitable for childcare use while geotechnical issues prompted footprint adjustments to avoid subsidence risk. The DA was approved by Ipswich City Council.
