All requested tasks had to be completed quickly and to a high standard for the client to obtain financing.

iEnvi completed a rapid preliminary site investigation (PSI), soil sampling (60 samples) and geotechnical site classification for a 75‑lot low‑density residential proposal on former citrus orchard land in Griffith LGA. Soils met NSW Excavated Natural Material criteria and the site was classified as moderately reactive (20–40 mm movement potential).
